At XPOMUSIC, we are committed to delivering quality musical instruments and audio equipment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, this Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be requested.

1. Eligibility for Returns

A return or replacement request may be raised if:

• The product is damaged during transit
• The product received is defective
• The product received is incorrect or does not match the order
• The product has a manufacturing defect

Requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

• The product must be unused and uninstalled
• Original packaging, manuals, accessories, and invoice must be intact
• The product must be in resaleable condition
• Serial numbers, tags, and seals must not be tampered with

Products failing to meet these conditions may not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless received damaged or defective:

• Consumables such as strings, reeds, cables, batteries, and accessories
• Items once opened and used
• Customized or special-order products
• Software, digital downloads, or bundled activation codes
• Clearance or discounted items marked as non-returnable


4. How to Request a Return

• Unboxing video may be requested for transit damage claims

Return requests without adequate proof may be declined.


5. Inspection and Approval

Once the product is received, it will be inspected by our team or the authorized service partner.

Approval or rejection of the return will be communicated within a reasonable timeframe after inspection.

XPOMUSIC reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with this policy.


6. Refund Process

Refunds are applicable only after return approval.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing time may take 7 to 10 business days after approval
• Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer after collecting account details.


7. Replacement Policy

If eligible, replacements will be shipped after the returned product passes inspection.

Replacement delivery timelines depend on product availability and location.

If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.


8. Warranty-Related Issues

Issues covered under manufacturer warranty should be addressed through authorized service centers.

XPOMUSIC does not offer on-site warranty service unless explicitly stated on the product page.


9. Return Shipping

• For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return pickup may be arranged
• For other approved returns, customers may be required to ship the product to the designated return address
• Products damaged due to improper packaging during return transit may not be eligible for refund


10. Order Cancellation

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

Cancellations before shipment may be allowed at XPOMUSIC’s discretion.


11. Policy Abuse

XPOMUSIC reserves the right to refuse service or restrict returns for customers who repeatedly misuse the return policy.


12. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Guwahati, Assam, India.
